How to order
FINLAND
Paypal:
Click the "add to cart" button for the item you wish to purchase (make sure you select the right size). You can view and edit your shopping cart by clicking the "view cart" button at either the top or bottom of the pages. When you are done shopping, you can proceed to check out. We use Paypal for payment, it is safe and you don't need to have a Paypal account to use this service. We will send you a payment request for the shipping and handling costs. Don't forget to include your full name and address for delivery.
Bank Transfer & Cash on delivery:
In case you don't want to use Paypal, you can just send us an email (info@fastnloud.com) with the items you wish to order (don't forget size and color where applicable), we will send you an email to confirm your order. You can pay for your order, shipping costs and handling fees via bank transfer (contact us for details) or you can use postiennakko (cash on delivery) to pay for your order, shipping costs and handling fees (note that an additional fee for postiennakko is added to the total if you choose this mean of payment). Don't forget to include your full name and address for delivery.

EUROPE

We use finnish post and shipping is calculated according to weight, you can contact us for an estimation prior to ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item please follow these instructions:
Contact us immediately upon receiving your order if you are not fully satisfied and tell us the reason for which you wish to return the item. Returns and exchanges are accepted only with prior approval. Please be aware that Fast'n'Loud cannot accept returns for items that have been worn. We recommend that returns be shipped using an insured and trackable method as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Fast'n'Loud cannot refund or credit shipping fees, nor can we pay for return shipment of your parcel. Please leave the original labels on the items you wish to return or exchange.
